Back in 2000 Carl Koester, the company president started a "Tire and Fleet" management solutions company named, TAF Management, Inc.
TAF Management Inc, provides business solutions for busy tire dealer executives and trucking fleets looking for cost saving tire options.
It soon became apparent that one of the common problems facing all employers was the ability to obtain and retain talented associates. From those conversations and meetings "The TireJobs Company" was formed.
The TireJobs Company offers an employment referral service that provides job seekers and employers primarily involved in the tire and/or service related business, an opportunity to meet. The principle source of available job seekers is derived from resumes submitted to the company's website. The principle source of employers is derived through industry contacts and website exposure.
