• Full P & L responsibilities
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintain an orderly store with updated "Point of Sale" material
• Hiring & training of store employees
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Determine customer needs and provide solutions
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment

Required Experience: Manager and Sales

• Minimum 1 year of experience in passenger & light truck tire and auto service management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Communication skills
• Strong performance & work ethics
• Attention to detail
• HP tire and wheel experience - A plus!
• Computer literate
