A well established Retail Tire and Service Dealer is in search of a talented "Retail Tire "Service" Manager". This dynamic company with a solid foundation is willing to invest in those people who want the best out of their career.

*The ideal candidate for a RETAIL SERVICE MANAGER will possess:*

• The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• At least two ASE Certifications.

Job Duties:

  • Supervises service department personnel
  • Manages parts inventory
  • Reviews inspections with technicians and tire techs
  • Creates estimates for service of vehicles and presents service requirements and recommendations to the customers
  • Secures parts required for repairs
  • Assist as needed on sales counter, and be available to open and close daily operations as required
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Other duties as assigned
 

Required Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in passenger & light truck tire and auto service management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Communication skills
  • Strong performance & work ethics
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
