Job Duties:

Manage, lead, operate Commercial Center and Retread Plant operations in USA. Responsible for growth strategy, profit, operations, and sales. Directly oversee HR, controlling, retread operations, legal, start­ups, sales, hiring, training ­ all aspects of the company. Negotiating with tire suppliers, retread operational aspects and overall strategy planning.

  • National location responsibility, determining organization structure for each region / market 
  • Ensure compliance of sales and reporting 
  • Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best sourcing strategy for all commercial center 
  • Responsible for management of staff and operations at HQ location 
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure top efficiency and production quality of company retread shops 
  • Full P&L responsibility including driving profitability throughout the country
  • Develop and implement overall strategy for the  
  • Managing compliance and training throughout organization including internal and external requirements
 

Required Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree (in business preferably) 
    Desired: MBA 
  • Desired: 7 ­ 10 years experience, including P&L responsibility
  • Must have knowledge of commercial tires and be familiar with retreading,
  • Communication skills
  • Strong performance & work ethics
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
