Job Duties:

• Complete P&L and financial responsibility
• Manage day to day operations
• Support sales and marketing efforts to increase profitability
• Coaching and training all personnel
• Heavy customer interaction both in and out of the facility
• Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
  
  

Required Experience:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Complete understanding of sales, pricing & distribution
• Strong sales and management experience
• Tire knowledge that includes high performance
• Computer literate and working knowledge of MS office
• Bachelors degree in business or related field, or a combination of education and 3 years of management experience preferred
