Company Leading Regional Commercial Sales, Retreading and Servicing Dealer
 

Leading regional commercial tire dealer is seeking a "Commercial Tire Area Sales Manager" for the Arizona market..

This position requires recent sales experience within the commercial tire industry to include retreading and service. Knowledge of commercial tire sizes, applications and types is a must!

This position is responsible for providing business to business sales support to the local centers.

Job Duties:

  • Selling commercial truck and OTR tires including retreads and service
  • Assuring that the highest levels of customer service are met
  • Resolving customer concerns or complaints as they arise
  • Following pricing policies which will provide satisfactory margins
  • Meeting goals and quotas set by supervisor
  • Working with center managers and commercial salespeople to connect common customers between cities
  • Developing new business in Casa Grande, Phoenix, Tucson and Yuma
  • Develop sales plans that create brand awareness for the company
 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years outside sales experience with commercial tires, retreads and related services
  • Sales management skills are desired
  • Strong moral and ethical character
  • Good reputation in the industry
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Computer literate - Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
