Job Duties:

  • Team Building, coaching and developing all plant associates
  • Full responsibility for retread plant production and operations
  • Quality control – building the perfect retread
  • Personal Development – attend internal and external training, seminars and conferences to stay in touch with the latest advances in retreading technology and best practices
  • Retread distribution oversight
  • Safety
  • P & L responsibility
 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years retreading experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing others
  • Demonstrated history of high performance
  • Demonstrated history of teamwork and enthusiasm
  • Computer skills, including manufacturing software preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
