Job Duties:

• Identify local dealer needs and educate on how to sell company's premium brands
• Seek new customers for your distribution center. Ensure all setup procedures are followed
• Provide continuing sales training to grow overall sales
• Assist the local dealer with selling techniques including social media, marketing and online selling
• Provide available buying opportunities to the customer
• Communicate new products to dealer base and help them increase sales
• Assist customers with opportunities to use established advertising promotions
• Keep customer informed about all new products and promotions
• Heavy customer interaction outside of the facility
• Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
  
  

Required Experience:

• College degree or related work experience
• 5 years of outside sales experience
• Complete understanding of passenger and light truck tires
• Strong business acumen
• Communication skills
• Computer literate
