  Job Duties:
  • Develop, execute and attain regional financial, operational and strategic goals
  • Full P & L responsibilities for multiple locations
  • Use General Ledger to inform managers of changes needed
  • Review sales reports with manager and sales team
  • Lead business planning process with Center Managers
  • Principle liaison between stores and corporate
  • Ensure growth of sales and service offerings to include new account solicitation
  • Develop personal relationship with all top volume & target customers in the region
  • Ensure efficient and effective utilization, protection and management of company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures along with all related federal and state laws
  • Provide strong leadership for the sales and operational management of the centers within the District,
  • Personally coach and train all Center Managers and key personnel within the region.
  • Attract, motivate and retain personnel. Review recruitment needs regularly and recruit and develop employees with appropriate levels of experience and qualifications
  • Communicate company vision and values to all personnel and customers
 

Required Experience:

  • Management experience in the commercial tire industry
  • Must have knowledge of commercial tire, retreading and mechanical services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Communication skills
  • Strong performance & work ethics
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
