Job Duties:

• The Project Manager will monitor and update management on all tasks and responsibilities related to current and operating company locations.
• Compile highlights, reports, slides, etc. for weekly and monthly duties
• Work with Human Resources, Real Estate Management, Finance, and other departments to prepare and manage location start­ups. 
• Company Project Coordination 
• Work directly with the Company's Management Team for roll­out of projects
• Preparing and completing action plans 
• Define project tasks and resource requirements 
• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews 
• Implements company policies and procedures into Greenfield locations or assists departments within company to implement policies and procedures into acquired companies. 
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality 
• Compile highlights (weekly & monthly) from each area of the business and provide updates

Required Experience:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
  
• Desired: 3 years experience with Project Management
• Knowledge of commercial tires is helpful
• Communication skills
• Strong performance & work ethics
• Attention to detail
• Computer proficient
