Company Tire Importer and Distributor
 

Well established tire importer and national distributor is seeking a "Sales and Marketing" person for it's Northern Virginia corporate office.

This position requires recent experience with wholesale tire sales. Knowledge of sizes and types of tires is helpful.

Applicants with dealer contacts in the area will be given special consideration.

Job Duties:

  • Forecasting sales and market penetration
  • Assisting current sales force
  • Developing direct personal accounts
  • Establishing pricing guidelines
  • Selecting and packaging product offerings
  • Making sales calls on current and future customers - 25% travel
  • Customer interaction in the office
 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years experience with tire sales or management
  • Strong moral and ethical character
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Computer literate - Must be proficient in Excel
  • Strong analytical skiils
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
