Well established,OTR, Commercial tire, OTR Repair and supporting services dealer is searching for a talented Outside OTR/Commercial Tire Sales Manager

Company specializes in servicing the mining, oil field and construction industry in the growing western North Dakota's energy sector.

This position requires recent outside sales experience in the OTR/Commercial tire industry. If qualified you need to investigate today.

OTR experience is a must, having truck tire experience would be a bonus.

Job Duties:

• Develop, manage and grow new and existing accounts by building strong realtionships with customers
• Fleet/Site inspections as required
• Use team building skills in leading sales and service personnel
• Ability to sell and teach value
• Ability to forecast sales and market penetration
• Heavy customer interaction outside of the facility
  
  

Required Experience:

• Two years experience with sales in an OTR/Commercial environment
• Clean driving record
• Communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Complete understanding of OTR and commercial new tires, repairs & services
