National tire distributor is seeking a "Regional Truck Tire Sales Manager" for the Midwest/Central States. This is real USA employment job (W-2 not 1099)
Experience with container direct sales programs is essential

Position Includes:
- Base salary plus commission

Job Duties:
- Meet established sales goals and quotas
- Solicit orders; within assign division, by calling on (by phone or in person) existing and prospective customers
- Execute marketing plans and programs
- Assist in establishing market goals and recommended changes in marketing programs to ensure maintenance and growth of market share
- Assist customer in providing current forecasts with regard to their business and work with Marketing Department to develop overall forecasts for production purposes
- Provide plan for growth of division through existing and prospective customers
- Review and analyze customer needs, volume potential and brand strategy;
- Conduct product meetings and sales presentations for current and prospective customers
- When needed, accompany dealer personnel on sales calls to promote company's product awareness and increase sales
- Represent company at Trade Shows, Dealer Shows and trade association shows to ensure awareness, growth and expansion of our product(s) lines in the marketplace
- Monitor and analyze competitor’s products and programs to ensure competitiveness and be able to capitalize on market opportunities
- Complete and submit dealer trip reports on a timely and accurate basis;
- Additional duties, assignments, and projects as directed by management
- Frequent ground and air travel required - up to 50% and more as required

Required Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED Required: 4-year college degree in Business and/or Marketing preferred
- At least ten (10) years related work experience within tire or related industry
- Effective organization, presentation, communication (verbal & written), and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency with Word, Excel & Power Point required
- Analytical, interpretive, and basic math skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
