Preferred Experience, Training & Skills:

  • Some degreed education/certification or equivalent work experience within the tire industry
  • Management and customer service skills - Ability to manage a team of employees and make judgment calls
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Supervisory skills - Management positions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Even temperament required to perform multiple duties and ability to handle changing tasks on short notice
  • Computer literate
  • Familiar with "Point of Sale" Software
