A regional multi-location commercial tire dealer is in search of a high caliber "Service Manager" . This dynamic company with a solid foundation is willing to invest in those people who want the best out of their career.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all of the daily service activity in and out of the store
  • Manage tire service team
  • Manage mechanical service team
  • Dispatch service techs to facilitate customer needs
  • Open and securely close the business each day
  • Maintain inventory of needed supplies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Other duties as assigned
 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial tires and/or truck mechanical services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Communication skills
  • Strong performance & work ethics
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
