Due to continuous growth and success this established truck tire sales, retreading and servicing dealer is seeking a "Truck Tire Center Manager" for a Tennessee location.
Position requires recent management experience in the commercial tire industry.

Job Duties:

  • Complete P & L responsibility
  • Management of other department leaders
  • Maintain processes and procedures for all daily functions
  • Supervision of outside sales team
  • Managing company assets
  • Ability to forecast sales and profit objectives
  • Heavy customer interaction both in & out of facility
 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of commercial tire sales or management experience
  • Sales experience in a commercial tire environment
  • Computer proficient
  • Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services
