Position Retread Plant Manager

Must be willing to relocate to most of the USA. You can choose some areas that you will not consider.

 

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the day to day operations of a retread plant
  • Coach, train, and lead all plant personnel to high levels of productivity
  • Comply with company, state and federal regulations
  • Efficiently and effectively maximize company assets
  • Read, interpret and utilize company operating statements
  • Attend all training course
 

Compensation:

  • Excellent salary

  • Vehicle allowance paid after permanent placement
 

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business or related field, or a combination of education and experience with at least some management experience in a related industry. (commercial tire industry experience preferred)
  • General computer literacy
  • Supervisory skills
  • Must be willing to relocate for this position
