Job Duties:

  • The Operations Manager will monitor and provide updates on all tasks and responsibilities related to operating the companies commercial locations.
  • Work directly with the Company's VP of Commercial to compile weekly and monthly reports that help direct the management and sales teams
  • Preparing and completing action plans 
  • Manage the process of taking physical inventories
  • Review and analyze inventory results
  • Create reports to help locations manage their inventory
  • Study operating statements and make suggestions on areas that can be improved
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews 
  • Train and direct current and new associates on all operating procedures
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements 
  • Implement company policies and procedures into locations or assist departments within company to implement policies and procedures
  • Compile highlights (weekly & monthly) from each area of the business and provide updates
 

Required Experience:

  • Computer proficient - must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools
  • Management and reporting duties in a commercial tire environment
  • Desired: 3 years experience with commercial tires
  • Communication skills
  • Strong performance & work ethics
  • Attention to detail
