Position Senior Tire Adjuster

This company specializes in the development, manufacturing, sale and distribution of full lines of agricultural and purpose built work tires.  We are rapidly growing and looking for a Sr. Tire Adjuster.  This dynamic individual will be located in our Wakefield, MA office and will be an important team member within our Engineering department.

Job Duties:

  • Review customer claims for tires, determine disposition and approve claims. Submit claims to factories for credit on a monthly basis.
  • Track factory credit for claims submitted.
  • Summarize claims by failure and by factory on a monthly basis for individual size tires. Include year to date information in monthly report.
  • Analyze and summarize claim handling efficiency as well as identify tire size/designs that have excessive failure rates.
  • Demonstrates proper judgment and decision making to determine the proper course of action and appropriately settle claims.
  • Ability to clearly communicate action plans.
  • Process claims in accordance to client and company policies.
 

Required Experience

Experience and knowledge of tire failures and adjustments is required to fulfill this function
High school diploma
5 years related claims experience
