This company specializes in the development, manufacturing, sale and distribution of full lines of agricultural and purpose built work tires. We are rapidly growing and looking for a "Field Account Manager" for the listed states.
This position is primarily responsible for providing technical support, technical consultation as well as product training and information to the Company’s dealers and to end users. The Field Account Manager (FAM) drives business from the end-users and dealers to the Company through product education, technical support and an understanding of the needs of the end users and the most effective tires for each application. The FAM will be responsible for attending trade shows in his region, identifying influential end users and conducting field trials and obtaining customer testimonials. The FAM is expected to spend 80% of his/her time on the road making cold calls to dealers, visiting customers, end users, and attending and participating in trade shows and other promotional activities. The FAM will accompany dealer staff to visit end users. The FAM is expected to be fully knowledgeable about the Company’s products and to be able to present the features and benefits of each product line to prospective end-users, dealers, coops, and distributors. The FAM is expected to be familiar with and fully understand the Company’s sales and warranty policies, procedures and paperwork and be capable of assisting dealers and/or end users with such matters if necessary. |
