Job Duties:

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the store, measured by achievement of specific financial goals and objectives; while creating an environment of team work and high morale to ensure a "Customer First" experience. This includes managing all facets of sales, safety, budgeting, forecasting, expense control, inventory (asset) management and human resources. The Store Manager is responsible to ensure implementation of marketing strategies and maintains all operational requirements by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Required Experience:

• 10 years of tire experience in the commercial tire industry or related tire field with at least 5 of those years in management
• College degree preferred, High School diploma or GED required
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and working knowledge of Tire Master (or equivalent) software a must
• Complete understanding of commercial new tires & services
• Must be a US Citizen or legal to work in the USA
