Programs available for both experienced and those wanting to learn how to be a successful Retread Plant Manager. Company training program will get you prepared to take over a retread plant.

Must be willing to relocate to most of the USA. You can choose some areas that you will not consider.

Earn as you "learn" those skills that are necessary to lend you the opportunity t0 manage one of the company's sophisticated retread production operations. What you will learn:

• How to oversee and manage the day to day operations of a retread plant
• The skills to coach,train, and lead all plant personnel to high levels of productivity
• How to comply with company, state and federal regulations
• How to efficiently and effectively maximize company assets
• How to read, interpret and utilize company operating statements

Duties:

• You will be assigned to a retread facility in the country for training
• Assist with daily operations
• Work in a "live" retread environment producing finished product
• Attend all training courses
• Learn how to operate all retread equipment
• Be willing to relocate when training program is finished!!!!

Compensation:

• Excellent salary - Starts the day training begins

• Expenses paid during training - Includes travel expenses for visits back home
• Relocation allowance - including temporary housing when moving to permanent location
• Vehicle allowance paid after permanent placement
  

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business or related field, or a combination of education and experience with at least some management experience in a related industry. (commercial tire industry experience preferred)
• General computer literacy
• Supervisory skills
