Job Duties:

  • Complete P & L responsibility
  • Tire service staff supervision
  • Supervision of outside sales team
  • Ability to forecast sales and profit objectives
  • Ordering inventory and supplies
  • Heavy customer interaction both in & out of facility
 

Required Experience:

  • Customer service in an OTR tire environment
  • Prior supervision of OTR tire service personnel
  • Prior sales or management experience with OTR tires
  • Complete understanding of OTR new tires, retreads & services
