Leading national multi-location truck tire sales and service network is searching for talented "Regional Fleet Tire Sales Managers"

The primary goal of this position is to help profitably grow the tire sales business at the site level through expanding company's concentration of business with existing customers as well as the development of new accounts within assigned region.

Job Duties:

  • Help sales team secure profitable new business with both existing customers and new prospects directly and indirectly
  • Maintain and expand customer base within the assigned region
  • Build and maintain rapport with key accounts
  • Identify new customer opportunities
  • Responsible for sales and location training
  • Develop sales forecasts
  • Manage and execute weekly travel within region
  • Meet and/or exceed YOY volume and profitability goals
  • Work closely with Tire Sales & Marketing teams to identify market and competitive trends
  • Attend various state and national trade shows and conferences
  • Responsible for complete and accurate customer data within Salesforce customer management software
  • Negotiate and execute approved programs based on sales volume, and maintain assigned monthly margin and volume goals
  • Other duties assigned as needed
  • Travel required - about 75%
 

Required Experience:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years of commercial tire sales management required
  • Ability to travel in designated region
  • Experience using Salesforce a plus
  • Strong ability to work independently/autonomously
