Large regional truck tire dealer is seeking "Truck Tire Retread Technicians"

Position Includes:

Job Duties:

• Repairing tires as need to be retreaded
• Preparing tire to be retreaded
• Applying rubber compounds to retread the tire
• Inspecting and buffing tire casing for retreading
• Curing retreaded tires
• Scanning tires in at each retread step to ensure accuracy of where each tire is currently located
• Observing and complying with all safety and liability guidelines and policies
• Using protective safety equipment to ensure safe operation of machines
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of experience retreading or repairing truck tires
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Good safety record
• Valid drivers license
