Duties
The commercial tire store
manager is responsible for all day to day operations of
their location. These responsibilities include:
Provide leadership
Open communication and training to both sales and service
personnel.
Work closely with Regional Managers to support positive
overall improvement
Analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements
Implement plans for improvement
Manage monthly expenses
Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing
customers
Maintain building and assets
Required
experience
Excellent communication skills
Willing to lead in a team environment
Able to read and understand P & L statements
Customer service in a commercial environment
Supervision of commercial service personnel
Supervision of commercial sales personnel
Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads
& services
Three years management experience
