Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage orders by reviewing, verifying, investigating and
solving problems with staff, customers and/or factories in a
timely manner.
Keep the Department informed by confirming and clarifying
orders, noting shipping or back-order delays, long lead time
SKUs, customer order forecast, etc.
Monitor departmental performances.
Maintain work flow by assigning, monitoring and evaluating
work performance of all staff.
Perform all duties to include answering customer inquiries via
mail, email, in person and telephone regarding order / account
status, product information and price information.
Assist Finance Department in processing credit/adjustment on
customers’ orders as needed.
Assist Technical Service Department in processing returned
products as required.
Handle all orders related issues and provide assistance to
other departments in settling orders that have problems when
necessary.
Resolve customer problems/discrepancies in an expeditious and
tactful manner.
Generate
and/or review booking, shipment, backorder, weekly order
status, and other reports.
Report and analyze customer orders and
seasonality patterns to assist Sales/Marketing and factory in
demand planning process
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Perform all customer
service & sales related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's
Degree in Marketing, Business and/or related work experience
in a tire sales environment
Min 3
years of tire industry experience
Prior
management experience in the tire industry
Computer literate
