Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as USA PC product
specialist supporting R&D efforts. Responsible for product
screen and overall product plan. Coordinates PC product and
development efforts with PC specialists.
Owner of Product launch plans
and activities. Directs efforts of Product Analyst in product
launch execution.
Steward of all research data
and market intelligence. Responsible for the collection,
organization, analysis, and incorporation of research data and
market intelligence materials into the overall marketing plan.
Owner of the brand guides which
includes the brand, look and feel, common grid system, logo
type/application and point of sale materials. Also
responsible for the overall steering of all brand building
initiatives.
Administer the company’s Retail
market approach. This includes understanding the overall
requirements of the retail trade and translating these
requirements into a retail strategy which includes retail
support, retail programs and retail market penetration.
Co-owner (with Technical
Services) of all product evaluation and/or testing, product
information in brochures, web site, newsletter and portal.
Create a positive teamwork
environment, collaborating with sales, truck marketing and HQ.
Product liaison to customer and
sales department.
Perform other related duties as
assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's
Degree in Marketing, Business and/or related work experience
in a tire sales environment
Min 5
years of tire industry experience
Prior
management experience in the tire industry
Computer proficient
