Duties
Providing leadership for outside salespersons
Making sales calls on current and future customers
Ability to practice and teach value selling
Ability to forecast sales and market penetration
Heavy customer interaction both in and out of the facility
 

Required experience
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial tire sales environment
Strong Moral and ethical character
Customer sales in a commercial environment
Strong communication and people skills
Basic computer skills
Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services
Prefer someone with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to think "outside the box."
Able to effectively analyze current commercial business and to generate strategies for commercial development
