Duties
Manage all aspects of the wholesale branch
operation including customer service and warehouse personnel
Implement sales and marketing efforts to increase profitability
Coaching and training all personnel
Heavy customer interaction both in and out of the facility
Partner with independent tire dealers to assist in their growth
Ensure overall customer satisfaction
Required experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Complete understanding of sales, pricing, distribution
Business acumen and business building strategies
Goal oriented and organized
Computer literate
Bachelors degree in business or related field, or a combination of
education and 5 years management/sales experience preferred
