Retail/Commercial Tire Store Manager
   Oakland, CA


A well-established multi-location Independent Tire Dealer is in search a "Store Management" professional interested in retail tires, auto service & commercial sales. This 64 year old family owned company with a solid foundation is willing to invest in those people who want the most out of their career.
Store manager will be responsible for all store activities plus visiting commercial customers at their place of business.
Training with regard to commercial tires will be provided for an outstanding candidate!!!!

Job duties:

bulletHiring & training of store employees
bulletAbility to function in a fast paced environment
bulletMeeting customer needs in the store
bulletMaking sales calls on current and prospective commercial customers
bulletOccasional evening fleet surveys
bulletOther duties as assigned

Required experience:

bulletMinimum 1 year of experience in passenger & light truck tire, auto service and some commercial tire knowledge
bulletExcellent customer service skills
bulletCommunication skills
bulletStrong performance & work ethics
bulletAttention to detail
bulletStrong phone presence
bulletOutside sales experience - A plus!
bulletComputer literate
