Responsibilities include:
Understanding production floor/controlled flow process
Direct, measure and train plant managers those skills needed to
produce quality truck retreads
Direct, measure and train plant managers on logistics skills to
ensure proper delivery time
Direct and manage each plants housekeeping and safety initiatives
Communicating and insuring daily production goals are met for
plant
Understand and direct plants proper equipment calibration methods
and curing times
Develop and administer training programs
Travel required up to 60%

Required experience
Must possess at least 1 year direct retread supervisory
experience
Understanding of bar code tire tracking
Must have high school diploma, equivalent or at least three years
work experience in high volume retread facility
Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
Must be able to relate to others in a diverse culture
Computer literate
