Duties
Manage day-to-day operations
Support sales and marketing efforts to increase sales
Making sales calls on current and future dealers
Coaching and training all personnel
Heavy customer interaction both in and out of the facility
Ensuring overall customer satisfaction

Required experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Complete understanding of sales, pricing, distribution
Tire knowledge that includes high performance
Working knowledge of MS Office
Bachelors degree in business or related field, or a combination of
education and 3 years management experience required
