Duties:

Supports achievement of retail tire sales and margin objectives
Defines retail tire product screen and positioning
Collaborates with procurement and supply chain partners to ensure product availability
Tracks and maintains retail tire inventory management processes
Manage execution of internal tire training programs
Manage internet tire sales channel
Develops and manages alternative tire sales support activities (call center)
Collaborate with Marketing Department on sell-through promotional and merchandising activities
Support tire initiative performance tracking
Support internal tire inventory and sales product reporting
Manage development of tire sales strategic plan
Maintain awareness of tire industry trends and product changes
 Maintains and develops relationships with key internal and external partners
Member of Marketing and Tire Product Screen Planning Committees

Required experience

    Extensive tire product and industry knowledge required
     Demonstrated experience in product and category management
     Demonstrated analytical, collaborative and consultative abilities
     Excellent presentation, prioritization, and communication skills
     Excellent project management skills
     Bachelor's degree required
