Commercial "Manager in Training"
Programs available for both experienced and
those wanting to be truck center managers. Company training
program will get you prepared to take over a truck tire center.
Must be willing to relocate after training
to a truck tire center in the region!!! States required for
relocation will be well defined in the hiring process.
What you will learn:

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day to day operations
of a truck tire center
Accountable for all P & L responsibilities
Manage a sales team
Provide leadership and training to all store personnel
Comply with company, state and federal regulations
Efficiently and effectively maximize company assets
Read, interpret, and utilize company operating statements

Required experience
Bachelors degree in business or related field, or a
combination of education and experience with a minimum of 3 years
management experience in a related industry. (commercial tire
industry experience preferred)
Communication skills
General computer literacy
Supervisory skills
