Job Duties - Management:

  • Complete P & L responsibility (manager)
  • Tire and mechanical staff supervision
  • Supervision of outside sales team
  • Ability to forecast sales and profit objectives
  • Ordering inventory and supplies
  • Heavy customer interaction both in & out of facility

Required Experience - Management:

  • Customer service in a commercial environment
  • Prior supervision of commercial service personnel
  • Prior supervision of commercial sales personnel
  • Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & service

Job Duties - Sales:

  • Making sales calls on current and future customers
  • Fleet inspections as required
  • Ability to sell value
  • Ability to forecast sales and market penetration
  • Heavy customer interaction outside of the facility

Required Experience - Sales:

  • Customer service in a commercial environment
  • Communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Complete understanding of commercial tires, retreads & service
