Job Duties:
The Truck Tire Center Manager is responsible for directing activities toward achieving prescribed goals, objectives, plans, and targeted profitability levels. This position will adhere to and promote the Company's, mission, and core values while contributing to the success of their location and team.
- Personnel: Hire, orient, train, develop, supervise, discipline, and evaluate employees annually or more.
- Conduct daily and/or weekly huddles with service techs and system operators. Lead with coaching and development that strengthens the team.
- Purchasing, Budgeting, and Accounting: Review financial statements, sales, productivity, and activity reports. Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet prescribed goals.
- Inventory: Conduct and reconcile physical inventory within the prescribed timeframe. Manage to maintain proper levels.
- Sales: Obtain orders by assisting sales personnel with accounts, making calls as needed. Conduct product training to ensure all personnel are knowledgeable. Ensure customers have the best experience possible.
- Safety: Maintain a culture of safety. Conduct safety meetings and training for the well-being of employees and customers. Abide by all TIA and OSHA requirements.
- Property: Keep premises, vehicles, tools, and equipment well-maintained and in safe, working order.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Follow SOPs and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Administration: Assist with billing, direct counter sales, and phones when needed.
- Meetings: Be prepared and actively participate in all required meetings, whether in person or via teleconferencing.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Obtain TIA 200 Certification
- Image: Build positive relationships among customers, coworkers, vendors, and within your local community.
