Regional commercial truck tire sales and service company is seeking an experienced "Truck Tire Center Manager" to oversee the company's high-volume truck tire center in Jacksonville, Florida.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for growing revenues and obtaining established sales goals
  • Tire and mechanical staff supervision
  • Supervision of outside sales team
  • Controlling expenses
  • Hiring, training & evaluating staff
  • Exercise strong, fair and consistent leadership
  • Manage inventory controls and ordering of product
  • Promote a safe work environment
  • Heavy customer interaction both in & out of facility
 

Required Experience:

  • Customer service in a commercial tire environment
  • Prior supervision of commercial tire service personnel
  • Prior supervision of commercial tire sales personnel
  • Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services
  • Computer literate
