Position Includes:

Job Duties:

  • Team building, coaching and developing all plant associates
  • Responsible for retread plant production and operations
  • Quality control – building the perfect retread
  • Maintain a safe environment
 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of retreading experience (Not sure if you qualify, let's discuss)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing others in some capacity
  • History of high performance and quality
  • Demonstrated history of teamwork and enthusiasm
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
