Company Regional Truck Tire Sales, Retreading and Servicing Dealer
 

Well established regional truck tire sales and servicing dealer is seeking a sales and management team for a new Truck Tire Center on Long Island.

Positions require recent management and/or sales experience in the commercial tire industry.

Job Duties Manager:

  • Complete P & L responsibility
  • Management of other department leaders - Manager
  • Maintain processes and procedures for all daily functions
  • Supervision of service team
  • Supervision of outside sales team
  • Managing company assets
  • Heavy customer interaction both in & out of facility

Job Duties Sales:

  • Making sales calls on current and future customers
  • Fleet inspections as required
  • Ability to sell value
  • Ability to forecast sales and market penetration
  • Heavy customer interaction outside of the facility


 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years commercial tire experience
  • Customer service experience in a commercial tire environment
  • Computer literate
  • Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services
