Tire manufacturer and distributor is seeking "Regional Tire Sales Managers" for two regions of the USA.

You must be legal to work in the US to be considered for these positions

Experience with container direct sales programs is required

These positions are available immediately

Job Duties:

  • Meet established sales goals and quotas.
  • Solicit orders; within assigned region, by calling on (by phone or in person) prospective customers.
  • Execute sales plans and programs.
  • Assist in establishing market goals and recommended changes in marketing programs to ensure growth of market share.
  • Assist customer in providing current forecasts with regard to their business needs.
  • Provide plan for growth of prospective customers.
  • Review and analyze customer needs, volume potential and brand strategy.
  • Conduct product meetings and sales presentations for prospective customers.
  • Represent company at trade shows, dealer shows to ensure awareness, growth and expansion of our product(s) lines in the marketplace.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor’s products and programs to ensure competitiveness and be able to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Complete and submit expenses reports on weekly.
  • Additional duties, assignments, and projects as directed by management.
  • Ground and air travel required - up to 50% on an as needed basis
 

Required Experience:

  • Must have previous direct container load tire sales experience
  • Effective organization, presentation, communication (verbal & written), and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Analytical, interpretive, and basic math skills
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work hours will vary to meet business needs and required performance
  • Maintain home office and variable work environment
