Job Duties:

  • Complete P & L responsibility
  • Tire and mechanical staff supervision
  • Keep a clean and organized operation
  • Ability to forecast sales and profit objectives
  • Ordering inventory and supplies
  • Heavy customer interaction both in & out of facility
 

Required Experience:

  • Customer service in a commercial environment
  • Prior supervision of commercial service personnel
  • Prior supervision of commercial sales personnel
  • Strong organizational Skills
  • Complete understanding of commercial truck tires & services
  • OTR tire experience helpful but not required
