Work in a new truck tire center. This growing company is seeking a "Truck Tire Center Manager" and an "Outside Truck Tire Sales" representative

Position Includes:

  Job Duties - Management:

  • Complete P&L responsibility
  • Responsible for all of the daily service activity in and out of the store
  • Manage tire and mechanical service team
  • Manage sales team
  • Open and securely close the business each day
  • Maintain inventory of needed supplies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Duties - Sales:

  • Making sales calls on current and future customers
  • Fleet inspections as required
  • Ability to sell value
  • Ability to forecast sales and market penetration
  • Heavy customer interaction outside of the facility
 

Required Experience - Management:

  • Customer service in a commercial environment
  • Prior supervision of commercial service personnel
  • Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services

Required Experience - Sales:

  • Customer service in a commercial environment
  • Communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Complete understanding of commercial tire, retreads & service
