Job Duties:

Manage, lead, operate industrial tire operations Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Louisville. Responsible for profit generation, operations, and sales.

• Responsibility for determining organizational structure for each location 
• Ensure compliance of Federal and State regulations 
• Responsible for performance of managers and staff
• Coordinate with all locations to ensure top efficiency and quality of all services provided 
• Full P&L responsibility including driving profitability throughout the region
• Develop and implement overall strategy for the growth of location sales 
• Managing compliance and training throughout organization including internal and external requirements

Required Experience:

• Have enough education to understand best business practices
  
• Desired: 5 ­ 7 years experience, including P&L responsibility
• Must have knowledge of industrial tires and related services
• Communication skills
• Strong performance & work ethics
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate
