Large Regional OTR/truck tire sales and service company is seeking an experienced "OTR/Truck Tire Center Manager" for their "Tampa " location.

The OTR/Truck Tire Center Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial tire center, servicing trucks, earthmover, industrial, agricultural, passenger, and light truck customers.

Job Duties:

  • Complete P & L responsibility
  • Tire and mechanical staff supervision
  • Provide leadership and training to all personnel in the tire center
  • Supervision of outside sales team
  • Ability to forecast sales and profit objectives
  • Ordering inventory and supplies
  • Processes payroll and assure accuracy
  • Conduct customer fleet review visits with top customers
  • Heavy customer interaction both in & out of facility
 

Required Experience:

  • Management experience in the commercial tire industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
  • People development and coaching skills.
  • Must commercial tire experience
  • Computer literate
  • Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services
