Position Regional Tire Sales Managers - AG and Small OTR

Company International Importer and Distributor of Ag and Small OTR
 

Well established International importer and distributor of Ag and Small OTR tires is seeking two "Regional Tire Sales Managers" to cover large regions.

This company is on a roll with a US warehouse and more coming.

Positions require recent AG or Small OTR tire sales experience. If qualified, you need to investigate these opportunities today.

  • Work out of your home office
  • Must reside or move to assigned territory
  • Must reside within two hours of a major airport
 

Positions Include:

  • Great salary
  • Aggressive/compensation structure - huge regions that will create large sales opportunities
  • Vehicle mileage allowance
 

Job Duties:

  • Acquire new dealer accounts
  • Maintain and expand customer base within the assigned region
  • Build and maintain rapport with key accounts
  • Identify new customer opportunities
  • Responsible for sales and dealer training
  • Develop sales forecasts
  • Travel required - about 75%
 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in tire sales
  • At least 3 years field sales experience and/or sales management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of products, sales practices and procedures in the tire industry
  • High energy, self-starter in managing a region
  • Thoroughness, strong time management and organization skills
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills
  • Computer literate 
  • Experience in selling, managing and traveling in a large sales region is a plus
