A well established Retail Tire Dealer with Commercial business is in search of a high caliber "Retail Tire Store Manager". This dynamic company with a solid foundation is willing to invest in those people who want the best out of their career.
Company is seeking a results-driven tire store manager responsible for overall store management. The successful candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, achieve sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. The store manager's responsibilities will include supervising the assistant store manager and other employees.

Job Duties
- Develop business strategies to increase our customer base, enhance store traffic, and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain exceptional store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to expand market share
- Order tires, wheels, and tire supplies; manage inventory; oversee mechanic workflow and tire shop operations.
- Address all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
- Collaborate with various tire distributors for inventory and pricing
- Perform additional store manager duties as needed

Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in passenger & light truck tire and auto service management. Commercial knowldge is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Communication skills
- Strong performance & work ethics
- Attention to detail
- HP tire and wheel experience - A plus!
- Computer literate
