Job Duties - Service Managers
- Tire and mechanical staff supervision
- Ordering inventory and supplies
- Heavy customer interaction with "call in" customers
- Maintain an orderly and legally compliant shop
- Monitor service requirements on company trucks and equipment
- Set the standard for excellence with regard to customer service
Job Duties - Sales:
- Making sales calls on current and future customers
- Fleet inspections as required
- Ability to sell value
- Ability to forecast sales and market penetration
- Heavy customer interaction outside of the facility
