Position Corporate Account Manager - Container Load Sales

Established international tire manufacturer is seeking a "Corporate Accounts Manager".

As Corporate Accounts Manager (CAM), your primary duties will be maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients that fit the companies overall distribution strategy. This position with require travel on a regular basis, typically up to 50%.

To be successful in the role, the CAM must be familiar with sales concepts, practices and procedures. This position will require personal interaction with customers where the CAM will be required to present themselves in a business and professional manner

Position Includes:

Job Duties:

  • Maintain and grow relationships within existing corporate accounts.
  • Grow existing business and look for ways to acquire new opportunities within the accounts.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure customers needs and requests are met.
  • Attend industry and customer events.
  • Provide dealers and their sales personnel the training and knowledge to effectively sell the company's products.
  • Promote and communicate corporate programs and policies effectively to dealers.
  • Keep up to date all customer’s essential account information.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Company's product lines.
  • Manage company's corporate assets responsibly and within budgets.
  • Function as a self-starter with considerable latitude to plan and schedule activities.
  • Prioritize opportunities.
  • Recognize and resolve problems that will improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Acquire market intelligence that will help effectively develop strategies for the North American market.
  • Provide Vice President of Sales with monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting for planning in order to meet the needs of company goals and customers expectations.
  • Other various duties that may be required at times.
  • Travel up to 50%
 

Required Experience:

  • This position requires a degree in business management or marketing and/or 5 or more years sales experience in the tire industry.
  • Excellent oral and written skills       
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated and strong team player.
  • Professional sales, negotiations and customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy with understanding of presentation tools such as Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Planning and development skills.
  • Time management.
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment while also working independently to accomplish goals.
