Job Duties:

  • Team building, coaching and developing all plant associates
  • Full responsibility for retread plant production and operations
  • Quality control
  • Personal development – attend internal and external training, seminars and conferences to stay in touch with the latest advances in retreading technology and best practices
  • Safety
  • Complete P & L responsibility
 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years retreading experience
  • Experience managing others
  • Demonstrated history of high performance
  • Demonstrated history of teamwork and enthusiasm
  • Computer skills, including retread proprietary software preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
